Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between [Read My Saju] (the "Read My Saju") and users regarding the use of the "Read My Saju" mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" means Saju (Four Pillars of Destiny), fortune-telling, SPTI-related content, and all related services provided by the Company.
  2. "User" means any person who receives services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
  3. "Member" means a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company and can continuously receive information from the Company and use the services provided by the Company.
  4. "Non-member" means a person who uses part of the services provided by the Company without membership registration.
  5. "Paid Service" means digital content such as fortune reports provided by the Company for a fee.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms become effective by being posted on the service screen or by notifying users through other methods.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms when reasonable grounds arise, within the scope that does not violate relevant laws and regulations.
  3. When the Terms are amended, the Company will notify users in advance through notices within the Service.
  4. If users do not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue using the Service and withdraw their membership.

Article 4 (Rules Other Than Terms)

Matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations or commercial practices.
