[Read My Saju] (the "Company") establishes and discloses the following privacy policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of data subjects and to promptly and smoothly handle related grievances.
Article 1 (Purpose of Personal Information Processing)
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be implemented in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
- Membership Registration and Management
- Personal information is processed for the purpose of confirming membership registration intention, identifying and authenticating members for membership services, maintaining and managing membership qualifications, and preventing fraudulent use of services.
- Service Provision
- Personal information is processed for the purpose of providing Saju analysis, fortune-telling services, SPTI services, customized service provision, and content provision.
- Payment and Content Provision
- Personal information is processed for the purpose of providing digital content, payment processing and settlement, and purchase history management.
- Service Notifications and Marketing
- The Company processes phone numbers to deliver fortune/reading results and service notifications (required), and to send promotional information such as offers and events to members who have separately opted in to marketing communications (optional).
- Grievance Handling
- Personal information is processed for the purpose of identifying complainants, confirming complaint matters, contacting and notifying for fact-finding investigations, and notifying processing results.
Article 2 (Personal Information Processing and Retention Period)
- The Company processes and retains personal information within the personal information retention and use period according to law or the personal information retention and use period agreed upon when collecting personal information from data subjects.
- Each personal information processing and retention period is as follows:
- Membership Registration and Management: Until membership withdrawal (except when other laws have special provisions)
- Phone number: Until account withdrawal (upon withdrawal of marketing consent, use for promotional messaging stops immediately)
- Digital Content Payment and Provision Records: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
- Consumer Complaint or Dispute Resolution Records: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
- Service Usage Records: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
Article 3 (Collection and Use of Personal Information)
- Personal Information Items Collected
- Required Items: Social login account information (email, profile photo), date of birth, time of birth, gender, place of birth
- Optional Items: Nickname, profile image
- Phone number (entered at paid checkout): used to deliver your results and service notifications (required); used for promotional information such as offers and events (optional, only with separate consent)
- Automatically Collected Information: Service usage records, access logs, IP information, cookies, payment records, device identifiers
- Personal Information Collection Methods
- Membership registration through website and mobile app
- Social login (Apple, Google) integration
- When users consent to personal information collection and directly input information during service use
- Age Restrictions and Parental Consent
- This service is not intended for children under 13 years of age
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
- If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete such information immediately
- Users between 13-17 years of age should obtain parental consent before using the Service
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Personal Information Processing) and provides personal information to third parties only when applicable under Article 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as data subject consent or special provisions of law.

- Purpose of Provision: In-app payment processing
- Items Provided: Payment information, purchase history
- Retention and Use Period: 5 years after payment completion

- Recipients: Apple Inc. (Apple Sign In), Google LLC (Google Sign In)
- Purpose of Provision: User authentication and account creation
- Items Provided: Email address, profile information as authorized by user
- Retention and Use Period: Until account deletion or service termination
