Pouri (the "Service"), operated by Read My Saju ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of our users and to promptly and fairly handle related inquiries and concerns, in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Article 1 (Purpose of Personal Information Processing)

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes only. Personal information will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, we will take necessary measures such as obtaining your separate consent.

1. Account Registration and Management
   • Personal information is processed to confirm your intent to register, authenticate you as a user, maintain and manage your account, and prevent fraudulent use of the Service.
2. Service Provision
   • Personal information is processed to generate your personalized Four Pillars (Saju) profile, compatibility and destiny-partner insights, wellness recommendations, Life Report content, and to power AI chat responses tailored to you.
3. Grievance Handling
   • Personal information is processed to identify complainants, confirm the substance of inquiries or complaints, contact you regarding fact-finding, and notify you of the outcome.

Article 2 (Personal Information Processing and Retention Period)

1. The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention period required by law, or the period you agreed to when your information was collected.
2. Each processing and retention period is as follows:
   • Account Information (including your Saju profile data): Until account deletion.
   • AI Chat Conversations and Generated Reports: Retained while your account is active and deleted upon account deletion.
   • Service Usage and Access Logs: Retained for a limited period (up to 3 months) for security and service-reliability purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

Article 3 (Collection and Use of Personal Information)

1. Personal Information Collected
   • Required Items: Social login account information (name, email address, and provider ID) via Google or Apple Sign In; date of birth; place of birth (birth city); gender.
     • Note: If you sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we may receive a private relay address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com instead of your real email address.
   • Time of Birth: Collected to generate your Saju profile; you may indicate that you are unsure of your exact birth time.
   • Optional Items: Relationship/marital status, nickname, profile image — used to personalize insights and recommendations.
   • Content You Create: Your AI chat conversations and any reports or profiles generated for you.
   • Automatically Collected Information: Service usage records, access logs, IP information, device identifiers, and essential/functional cookies required for login sessions.
   • The Company does not use advertising or third-party tracking SDKs, and does not use your information for interest-based advertising.
2. Personal Information Collection Methods
   • Account registration through our website and mobile app.
   • Social login (Apple, Google) integration.
   • Information you directly input during onboarding or while using the Service (e.g., birth details, chat messages).
3. Age Restrictions and Parental Consent
   • This Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
   • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
   • If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete such information promptly.
   • Users between 13-17 years of age should obtain parental consent before using the Service.

Article 4 (AI-Powered Features and Third-Party AI Processing)

1. Pouri's AI chat, Saju analysis, and personalized report and image generation features are powered in part by third-party AI service providers.
2. AI Sub-processors
   • Anthropic — processes your name, Saju profile data, and chat conversation content to generate AI chat responses and personalized report text.
   • OpenAI — processes relevant profile and prompt information to generate compatibility/destiny-partner images and other visual content.
3. Under our agreements with these providers, the data we send is not used to train their underlying AI models. Your conversation history and generated content are stored on the Company's own servers.
4. By using AI chat or report features, you acknowledge that your inputs are processed by these third-party AI providers as described above.
